Men’s Therapeutic Sessions

Men come to me whose lives may appear stable on the outside, yet inside there is fatigue, emptiness, or a sense of disconnection.Often behind this are: — chronic tension— exhaustion from responsibility— difficulty expressing emotions— loneliness, even within relationships— a loss of connection with desire and with the body

  Women’s Therapeutic Sessions

Women come to me who are tired of being strong.
Who have spent years placing themselves last.

Often this is about:

— emotional exhaustion
— losing connection with oneself
— a sense of emptiness
— lack of desire and pleasure
— searching for identity beyond familiar roles
— the need for support and a gentle, safe space

These are women who are not looking to “fix” themselves,
but to feel alive again.

  Therapeutic Photography

Phototherapy is the work with photographic imagery as a tool for inner exploration.
It may include both the analysis of existing photographs and the creation of new ones within the process.

What matters is not only the image itself, but also what happens afterward: discussion, reflection, and creative transformation through writing, collage, movement, or other forms of expression.

Within photographic practice, several approaches can be distinguished.

Art therapy is connected with expressing inner states through creative processes.
Phototherapy uses real visual images as a way of exploring personal experiences.
Therapeutic photography can exist outside of a formal therapy session — as an independent path of self-discovery.

These approaches are not opposed to one another.
Photography can be part of psychological work —
or it can become therapy in itself.

Art Session “THREAD”

A lonely heart.A lost feeling.Vulnerability in the face of love. When only sensations remain inside, and emotion dissolves into the air because of an inner conflict. Here, the red balloon becomes the epicenter —an explosion of feelings that rises from chaos and takes shape. The balloon is a cluster of emotions, a whirlwind of feelings gathered into one form. It no longer roars or destroys the man from within. It follows him quietly — like a bird caught in a snare. It does not peck. It does not cry. It does not struggle.It is calm.It exists in silence, at a distance, and no longer wounds.Yet the man has not released this emotion. It walks beside him — until the moment he decides to let it go completely. In the final frame, the man releases the balloon, and it rises into the sky. At that moment, the bond between discomfort, denial, and painful codependency dissolves. The balloon disappears into the distance, leaving the man in a state of wholeness and inner peace.

Art Session “Shadow”

Sometimes inner fear is your double.
Let us call her, условно — the Shadow. It is only a shadow.
It has no face.
It is faceless.Yet within it lie fragile — and sometimes powerful, destructive — emotions, like a force of nature. It rages inside us and destroys,
for as long as we keep it within.
As long as it has no form. When we try to fight it
and turn toward our inner self,
we begin to understand — it is only a shadow.
An echo of memory.
It no longer belongs to who we are now. Then the shadow steps aside
and silently follows us.It no longer destroys.
It no longer harms. From the moment of release, we become whole.
Less vulnerable. We accept our inner shadow
and learn to keep it at a distance.Yes, it remains with us throughout life.
But it no longer weighs us down,
no longer crushes us with its force,
no longer drills into us with quiet pain.Because one day
we closed the door behind it.

Icarus

The myth of Icarus is a metaphor for the human desire to rise. In psychology there is a concept known as the Icarus syndrome — a state in which the desire to rise beyond one’s limits leads to inner tension and, eventually, a fall.A person strives higher.
Faster.
Further. But sometimes behind this striving lies internal pressure, expectations, and the need to prove one’s own strength. The wings become heavy. This photographic series is a visual metaphor for an inner process.
The path of a person who attempts to rise inevitably passes through tension, effort, and the desire to overcome personal limits.Sometimes transformation does not begin in the moment of flight,
but in the moment when a person takes off the wings
and finally feels the ground beneath their feet.Only then does the possibility appear to pause, feel support, and return to oneself.
